Hey to the Spyderco collectors. I am a regular over in the traditional forum. I do have an affection for Spydercos though. I have a Turzola Spyderco and I'm just wondering the popularity of it. Do they still make it? It's got to be one of the beefiest knives I have. Unique blade also, and I'm wondering if he had a specific purpose for it?

Bob T did several collaboration models with Spyderco, so you'll need to be a little more specific. I think the most popular of his knives was the C55 Starmate, which was the largest of the three.

No numbers on it except patent numbers on the clip.Just Robert Turzola design etch on both sides of the blade with the spider in the middle of one and a dragon in the other.
Small knife handled in black anodized aluminum.ATS34. I used it for a while so I doubt collectors would want it.It's good for heavy duty work to say the least.
Thanks,
Steve

That sounds like the C19 - Bob Terzuola Jr. Blade length 2 3/4", closed length 3 1/2". None of the Terzuolas have been produced in several years, and they seem to be pretty scarce now. New collectors who got in too late to snag one new might be interested anyway.

Nope. The most recent run of Jess Horns was the ZDP-189/Burgundy FRN Sprint Run a year or two ago. Collaboration models with custom makers tend to have pretty short production lives.
