I personally suggest imageshack.us but that's because I've seen too many photobucket thumbnails saying "Photo has been deleted"

I personally can't stand imageshack because of the advertising they slip in at every possible opportunity and the pop-ups when you click the thumbnails.

Photobucket only deletes pictures that violate their TOS (nude photos etc.). When you see that message regarding a picture having been deleted here on Bladeforums, it is far more likely that the person who originally posted it has deleted it from their photobucket account but the link remains.
