It wasn't personal Eric. Frequently a lot of Cliff's opponents including ones in this very thread resort to that. And more or less it's the same people.

As of the denail, addiction and cultism are different you know ;) I own hundred or so more blades from different makers and brands, and trust me I don't dislike them because I like Busses.
 
Sorry amigo. My Raleigh trip got postponed until next week so I'm too far to travel to Winston/Salem.

I agree, Trace is coming along great in this industry. Of course he would actually be a lot better off if he quit hanging out with all of us, but hell, bad influences can sometimes be a good thing.

That is a great idea WTF, and I'll volunteer to co-moderate with him.

The RAT by-laws would have to be changed though to accomodate Cliff, as he was banned before the forum was even on-line.

As far as the Cliff and Eric show I figure that's do-able. We'll have to allow the name to be registered and delete a lot of bad posts in the moderator's forum to keep from hurting folks feelings though ;)

As far as the Eric and Cliff show, don't worry about deleting all those things you, Hoodoo and Glen about me in the moderators forum, I've got thick skin.

Just remember, there are only two scientist jokes, the rest are true stories.

during his insults & on Sept.1st,calls a forumite "a punk & a
jack@ss".This all started when he introduced Fehrman Knives on
his Jungle forum,& picturing 3 knives that looked life Busse
knock-offs.

Trace Rinaldi calls Busse collectors "Jerry Krishnas" and calls
another forumite,Ryo,a "****ing moron".
Then Ryo gets banned,who never cursed anybody,but disagreed
with the others on the "Jungle" forum about attacking a well
respected maker & his customers.

Kevin-most other forums are run in a friendly manner.Do you want

Here we get to see some good natured banter along with Cliff stepping back in to revive a thread that should have died pages ago. Instead he just provokes a new bunch of posts of which ~90% make me giggle and a few more almost piss my pants.

I happen to feel that the majority of my posts were dedicicated to exploring the characteristic of knives and edge geometery. I find that sometimes the adversarial process is best for finding out the flaws and strengths of various arguments.

I have agreed, and conceeded that my earlier posts were too hostile, and I, in fact, apologized.

Does the fact that I have only been a registered member for two weeks make my opinion any less valuable than yours?

As you know, there are many other knife and survival forums out there, I know some people here from other forums, and I have been around longer than two weeks anyways. But I don't think your protest will help lurkers become posting members.

Also, you spelled my name wrong, it is Draven, not Dravin, and Jeff's name is Randall, not Randell. I'm not sure if that was an innocent mistake or some kind of slight. Not a big deal either way.

Trace already wrote that the Krishna comment was a joke, and it was started at Jeff's forum,. not here. Do you want to be the boss of us all over there too?
As for Trace's comment's about Ryu, they were right on target. He was and is a fool and the world would be better without him wasting oxygen. I think all the members should restraint by not giving him the cyber-bitch slap he so badly deserved.

I have a great idea, if you don't like what I write in my posts, put me, and Jeff and Trace, and Rob, and all the other goomba monkey smokers on you ignore list. IF I knew how to use the damn thing you'd go on mine.

Ryu was banned because of his constant attacks on Ron Hood. He was not protecting anyone, he was not making any points about knives or wilderness survival skills. He was simply attacking Ron, a very well respected member of this community, as well as hurling insults at veterans, ex-convicts, middle aged men, and sheep.

If you are going to whine and complain, at least try to be accurate, please.

As I wrote there, and here, Ryu is a jacka$$, plain and simple. When he was banned, the average intelligence level of this community was raised by at least three points.

Not to mention, he was banned and came back under a different user name and said bad things about the site administration. What kind of a bastard, low life, punk would try to pull a stunt like that?

Your names were mis-spelled in error.My eyes are tired
after reading all these pages.

I thought Jeff was a moderator due to a link to the
Outdoor Forums site.The site is similiar to Blade Forums,
& i thought i was on B.F.

I still think when Fuhrman Knives was introduced on
Jeff's site, & then someone linked it to the Busse site,
the first thing i saw was 3 Busse knock-offs.Jeff,if
you would have admitted that these were "inspired" by
Busse,we would have wished Erik Fuhrman the best of luck.
You got Fuhrman off to a bad start.Then the thread said
Fuhrman used f-3v steel,so it appeared to be a copy of
Infi.

Hell, that's probably the nicest thing anybody has called Jeff this week :)

This thread will die as soon as Cliff admits that Busse uses hype to market their knives, just like other knifemakers do. As soon as Cliff recognizes that he has been inconsistent in supporting Busse, while condeming others for the same thing, my work is done. At least for now.

I can see a Cliff and Eric forum, that would be interesting indeed. But since Hoodoo is a moderator there too, as is Glen, recondoc and Sgt. Mike, with Jeff as an admin, I think that Cliff may be a litte out-numbered.

Oh, and with knifemakers like Trace, Newt Livesay and Rob Simonich, there is some knife making talent there as well.

I'm kinda thinking Cliff would feel that bullseye on his back real quick over at RAT.

Hey Sky, you misspelled my name again, only communists and homosexuals are named Erik with a K. Real Erics (the straight republican kind) are spelled E-R-I-C got it?
