You're right, kis. First time to use the ftp, new flash card reader on front panel of new HP, new photo processing program, and there they are. Two blems and a village ak for tomorrow's deals.
That village AK looks a lot like the 20" one I grabbed last month -- a great (and surprisingly light) user khukuri that is scheduled for some steel wool and boiled linseed oil when we get the chance.
I bet the one above will go fast once it's officially for sale.
Uncle - the pictures are much clearer today. What changed? They look really good!
I'd estimate that the extra white space around the photograph is adding probably 50% to each of the pictures which has made them 72 - 95 KB instead of around 40-50 KB.
You said you have an Adobe photo-editing program right? If so, I'll call tomorrow and help you figure it out. It will save you tons of time and effort - and will only take a few minutes to learn which tools work the best. (I always use the same 4-5 commands for my photo-editing)
Adobe Photo Deluxe would be my guess, and Dan is right about cutting those ddown and the space saved.
Course Uncle Bill, you nkow that now that you've posted this you have 20 or more people who already have emails typed up and sitting open so they can hit send as soon as they see youpost these for real.
I am very impressed with your offer, Pen. I really wish I could take advantage of it. I have wanted one of those big villagers ever since I found out about them. They are in short supply and their appearance is untimely in that I always seem to have grabbed a UBBB a day or two previous. Karma.
This reply was intended to be placed in the "Make me an Offer" thread. Oops. Oh well, the heart was in the right place.
