Recommendation? Testing a "Tactical" Knife

Good looking knife. I’m curious what your thoughts are or what you landed on in the end. Edge angle/thickness, heat treat, tests?
Thank you. I landed on around 17 thou before sharpening, a little thicker at the tip. Heat treat was the same as the first one. The thing is, the only problem the knife had was cutting steel, so as long as he isn't cutting through steel I think he'd be fine. It's not a full on prybar nor is it a scalpel.
