Here I am testing an unfinished chopper I made.

The knife has a temporary packing tape and paracord scrap handle. It has a rough finish still, it will be finished up later for a member here.

I'm cutting down a small aspen tree, about 15' tall.

On this one I give a seasoned hardwood pallet about all I've got, I wanted to show that the edge would make it through something so tough.

Nice looking chopper, and good choice of steel. What's the handle going to be? It may be difficult to upgrade from the tape.
