No advertising in your sig!!! 
You have to be more subtle about it, at least. I'm doing something a little bit similar with my own sig right now, but there's a difference. The difference is people don't get mad every time they see my sig and think "There's that damn spam again!"
When people come to the discussion forums here they don't want to see advertising.
