Testing some thin ground knives Thoughts?

Hey guys. almost finished putting my disc sander together, but these are some knives i made one the belt grinder and some tests. Thoughts?

Me too. It looked like he slipped a little and about sliced his hand. Almost gave us a tutorial on how to fillet a hand.

Lookin good. I would test it sharpened when checking food release as dull cuts on wet products will cling to the blade differently than sharpened cuts due to how cleanly it cuts or tears the cell walls of the food. Looked like no wedging though!
