I vote slippery slope. Lol I will say when u do get to the point in child birth where u NEED an episiotomy you wouldn't care if it was done with a RAT or a butter plastic knife. Sit on that thought boys! Lol

An episiotomy (pronounced /ɛˌpiːziːˈɒtəmiː/) is a surgical incision through the perineum made to enlarge the vagina and assist childbirth. The incision can be midline or at an angle from the posterior end of the vulva, is performed under local anaesthetic (pudendal anesthesia) and is sutured closed after delivery. It is one of the most common medical procedures performed on women, and although its routine use in childbirth has steadily declined in recent decades, it is still widely practiced in Latin America and in Poland and India.

Also Shotgunner you have to be careful with butter plastic, unless the heat treat is done just right you will see a lot of rolls in the edge of it.

A bachlor's tuck was decribed to me by the doctor that delivered my first.

Post Epesiotomy, the doctor will overlap the ends of the cut thus making the vagina approximately the same interior diameter as it was before childbirth, eliminating that "just had a kid" issue. Any of you guys with kids will know what I'm talking about.

Now trying to relate that to the soul is the tough part.
