A bill has been introduced in the Texas house which would de-criminalize switchblade knives. It is numbered HB 840. It is now in the Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence.

If you live in Texas, please ask your elected representatives to support this bill.

Hell, if it can pass in Texas, send a copy to Oklahoma governer Brad Henry. While yer at it, send a copy to US Customs, along with a note stating that balisongs ARE NOT the same as a switch.
