BLADE MATERIAL CPM154
BLADE LENGHT 4 INCHES
CLOSED LENGHT 5 INCHES
HANDLE MATERIAL AMBER STAG
LINNER BOLSTERS AND SHIELD 416 STAINLESS

This knife has a really nice walk and talk, the blade seats right on the center when closed and it has no side to side play on the blade. I will take $550 for it and that will include shipping only in the US and insurance. I will take Pay Pal, check or money order. If you are not satisfied with the knife just send it back and I will refund your money, you just pay the shipping this way but I'm sure you will like it. If you want the knife please say I'll take on the forum but give me a call to my cell at 956 771 7749 since I will be working in my shop.

For those of you who do not know me here is a little something about me

Hello guys my name is Enrique Pena I'm 32 years of age and I have becomed a full time slipjoit only maker. I had a good paying job and I lost due to the economy. I never had the courage to quite my good paying job to make slipjoint knives full time but getting laid of gave me the opportunity that I thought would only come till I reached retirement. A big plus in this all is that my wife works and is totally supportive of me making knives full time. I started making knives by my self out of old files when I was about 13 years old and them after about a year or so forgot all about it. Later in life about 3 1/2 years ago I got introduced to custom knife making by a local friend. The first custom knife that I made after being introduced to custom knife making was a single blade slipjoint which I bougth back from the guy that I had sold it to. Not being satisfied with my work I visited with Bill Ruple a couple of times and he suggested the hammer ins held twice a year by Johnny Stout and Harvey Dean so I go to those on a regular basis now. Me and Bill have now becomed good friends and we have attended some shows together. I want to say thanks to all the people like Bill Ruple and Rusty Preston among others that have helped me along the way.

WOW!! Very nice tooth pick! Looks like we have another great slippie maker!

Hey Guys. How about this guy. He is going to be a star one of these days. He is a very talented guy. I have had the pleasure of seeing many of his knives in person and they are really good.

Mr. Ruple, welcome to BF. I hope you will also post a folder for sale here from time to time. We are very fortunate to have a number of excellent knifemakers who give the rest of us a chance to buy the fine knives they create. A Bill Ruple knife would be an exciting post to anticipate and maybe score.

WOW !
Mr. Ruple that is great news and very generous of you, for I'm sure there are many dealers and individuals wanting your knives.
You will find BF'ers the greatest bunch of keeners and knife afficionados who will greatly appreciate seeing your work, and the lucky buyer will be ecstatic.
We are not necessarily the wealthiest group of Custom knife buyers, but i believe we are among the most knife-knowledgeable group and thereby the most able to fully appreciate the excellence of your work.
Just for interest, i am now the proud owner of the Harness Jack with a star shield which you made for another BF member some years ago. (The one with the Punch that you said was challenging to make).
Thank you Bill and Enrique, you both are great additions to our wonderful and friendly BF community.
