textured g10 scales help

So im a big wood and natural material fan but wanted to do something different and do a textured g10 scale thats Ive seen and like. Im trying to do just like the scales in this video

I have a mill and dremel and probably any tool needed just not sure how to get the results like that. Any help would be appreciated!

all you need is the dremel sanding drum, clamp the scale down and just sand using the drum, experiment on some wood and you'll get it right away its really simple to do.
