tg2705 has joined BF. Welcome. I have a D2 high hollow ground skinner he made about 30 years ago when I first met him. The knife has skinned a quite few deer over time and has been a perfect companion. It holds an edge for a long time and has not rusted on me. The edge is very thin so it cuts really, really well. I had a sheath custom made by Ken Campbell of KC leather (now passed on) so the sheath is newer than the knife. The old sheath I had wore out and was not nearly as nice. The knife is the perfect size for whitetail deer and really takes the hide off.
