Tglb cf 3,500.00

I saw that TGLB too...can't believe he got 3k for it. I messaged him to see if he really did, he never answered me (no surprise).

FWIW, if someone paid 3k for it...well, they clearly were willing to pay 3k for it. If you check dude's auctions he also sold another for 1k a while back.

I don't think any of us would ever pay that for that blade, but that's the thing with free market...something is worth w/e people are willing to pay for it.

He is good in my book. He has purchased 2 knives from me in the last month and both transactions went flawless. Some of you take life too seriously lol.

And to associate him with LK is also laughable but then again its always easiest to assume the first thought that comes to mind is the right one. Good luck with that.

Just because he bought 2 knives from you doesn't make him a good guy. I don't take life too seriously. I just don't like people that try to prey upon the stupidity of others.

Wont argue that. Its a personal experience though, more then you can say.

To call the man scum & email him w/ a page full of lol's (or whatever you said) all because he listed a knife for a crazy price? Come on man. He has a CRAP load of other postings of which are VERY reasonable based on 1 minute of research. Drink a beer and relax. Much more scum worthy turds around you to stress at any given minute throughout the day (more then likely). Might actually smell one close by :p

Also, this one should be locked. Auction spotting regardless of how pricey it is. Not reporting it, just sayin :)

etax2, I bet if it were not for threads like this (2nd or 3rd like it recently) the CF's wouldnt be ate up in 1 sec on the ex for a stiff premium :p

Hold on, do you like stupid people then?

Im only joking, lighten up guys. I do think the price he is asking is kinda crazy but who cares, maybe he likes it so much he just doesnt want to sell it.

Nah, bro...love of money is still the root of all evil..he's preying upon the ignorant..hate to say it, but it is what it is.

I hate to say it but the ignorant need to inform themselves. There will always be people out to make money, cant feel bad for people who dont take the time to inform themselves on what they are spending their money on. Especially if they are spending $3500 on a knife. Dont get me wrong, Im not saying its cool for him to have the knife up at that price but if someone decides to pay his price, I wont feel one bit bad for them since one quick google search would have showed them that the knife was greatly overpriced.

Ill flip the scenario here. Lets say he had placed the item for open bid. Two guys went into a bidding war and the knife ended up selling for $3500. Do you get mad at the seller then? Nope, if someone decided to pay that for the knife than thats that persons fault/choice.

I have seen plenty of folks on many different forums from watches to pens pay exaggerated prices for something not because they are ignorant but because they

could and simply wanted the item tout suite. One guy on a watch forum seemed to buy Panerai's in bulk without blinking an eye. Now you can get them in Costco.

The seller shot for the stars and got the moon. Bully for him.

Exactly. If free market told you that you could get a number for an item, why would you sell it for less?
