Here’s two of some of the best knives Busse has ever made in my opinion. Only selling because I have multiples and trying to downsize.

Lightly used, only cut fruits/veggies with it a few times. Factory sharp edge (I could say it was unused and you’d never know any different)
Satin Elmax steel, Res-C handle. ~0.1” thick, ~4.6” length blade.
