Well I got in a Spec Ops sheath today and promptly returned it. I think it got bent in shipping and the insert was bent in half. And then I got thinking, it's not that much more for a good kydex setup or that much more than that for a good leather sheath. And so the dilemma is back on! Hah. Think I'd rather send money to one of the guys here.

I guess my big deal is, I've never owned a large knife and, well never needed a sheath, so I am not sure what my needs are. I love leather but it also looks like lydex might be easier to just throw in a bag (and, I think you can store knives longer in kydex). I'm sure I'll end up with both, sigh!
