TGLB vs Force multiplayer v8

I don't know man, he said it is not the TG Dagger- but to me it looks like the "TG banged a Battle Shark" Dagger ~ Never thought I'd have any interest at all actually but after seeing it?..... I'm kind of toast on this one.

TGLB is not gonna let up anytime soon, IMHO.

FMV8 is destined to become a smash hit...just look at the buzz around it already.

And I believe the hype is real, because the FMV8 has a lot going for it, such as:
*INFI
*a Comp Finish option
*TGLB-esque styling
*large stock
*nothing else like it on the market, or even in BUSSE Combat Co. lineup

The only limiting factor I see....some hogs can't hang with a double edged weapon because of their laws.

The answer for me is simple...I have a couple TGLB's and I'm planning on having a couple FMV8's.

I think FMV8 would be superior for dispatching zombies, poking through body armor, and similar tasks, and the TGLB for everything else. I think these knives fill different niches, and the price of one shouldn't have much effect on the price of the other over the long term.

But in the next couple weeks, you might see some surplus A2 TGs hitting the market to raise funds FMV8s.

2 completely different knives i think

Daggers are more for fighting than a camp knife.

The TGLB is more all around camp knife that you can fight with.

The FMV8, I love the looks and what it is designed for it will excel at.

I will definitely get a few.

But again 2 different knives with 2 different purposes.

Get both ;)

^- True- you can't replace the iconic TGLB with a dagger- apples and oranges - this does not in any way slow my desire for the real McCoy TG - Not even the A2 SE will quell that, I have a couple of them coming but it's still not the same.

As others have said, I don't see one affecting the other in any way, they are completely different styles of knives with completely different purposes. TGLB's are iconic, and unless they are released in INFI again with the same LB treatment I doubt we will see secondary market prices come down on the TGLB's. I for one plan to hold onto my TGLB forever regardless of the secondary market price.

The DS8 is more of a replacement for the TGLB. If you have one of those and the V8, you may not see much need for the TGLB. But if you want practicality and a double guard in one knife, then the TGLB will still be the pick.

I haven't read what everyone said but this shouldn't even be a question, TGLB all the way.

Kind of thinking the same thing - It's taken a while to get me over that 500 mark and I did with the SK because there's just no way to pass on that CF but this one? IDK, depends on the numbers how much love I can afford for something I don't need at all.

I guess my point being for someone like me who doesn't have a TGLB I'd sooner buy this from considerably less

I passed on the TGLB. Figured my TT Regulator could do anything the TG could (except sell for crazy prices on the secondary market). I might have to grab a dagger though.
