I apologize for the delayed response. . . . Totally my fault!

Garth showed me this thread on Monday and I boldly stated, "I've got this one buddy!".

He left my office . . . the phone rang . . . and all was lost!!!

Please send that bad boy back to the shop, addressed to my attention, and this time we'll be sure to throw it in the Stonewasher, instead of the Dishwasher.

I apologize for the inconvenience and really do appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
