I was just curious if anyone took the plunge and stripped one yet? Thanks
Since they came with factory comp finish, there was no need to but I guess someone may have done it for fun.
I have mostly uncoated, but bought one that's Forest green with tan Micarta and I really like it. Won't be stripping mine unless the coating becomes so beat up it's hindering performance.
Well then, DO be careful after a drink or two. . . .
I have....pics later....
Yeaa I ended up snagging a coated one on the exchange, and was curious what to expect if I sent her to the strip club
The most recent runs of blades have been pretty good so I expect your TGULB will be pretty nice once you get her nice and nekid.
good to hear, I'll be sure to keep you guys in the loop if/when I do it
This TGULB came to me recently in a most surprising way. It was a standard CG black on black canvas....my favorite combination. I usually strip all the coating off but this time I decided to leave it on the TGULB raised tang part around the handles....I love this feel!
I have more pics....but having trouble to get them to load.
Now, just to add....LOOK AT THAT FULLER!
Makes me wish I was shrunk down so small I could ride a skateboard inside it all day!
post up a few shots of the sheath...looks great...Makael or Leatherman?
The sheath is my TGLB Mark Condos leather masterpiece. Excellent sheath. Thanks. I'll get more pics up later.
Looks really good, glad to see no gremlins all over haha and nice pants for her too!
I bought mine in the double cut finish......and wow is it nice.
Got my first Condos sheath being made for my FG.. hopefully get it soon
