EMS Samsher ...Wheeeeew! Boss man almost caught me on that one!

Done deal will ship tomorrow.

Thank you

Yangdu

Sorry fellas. Boss interrupted me before I could send ems.

I guess this would (samsher) qualify as a longleaf kukri? Very, very nice looking piece.

Was thinking about getting an AK or CAK to take camping for chopping firewood. Any reason why this M43 wouldn't do the job also?

The M43 is a fine blade for such chores, and really, for many, the blade to go to for bushcraft; that's what I learned from others, older than me :D, around here.

I hope everyone was distracted by the Samsher so I can get the M43. :)

I like the 15" size and 26" weight. It's like a little pit bull.

Email sent on M43.

Oops, looks like WFD might have beaten me to it.

Wow! Another amazing pice from Thamar, perhaps his best yet. That one reminds me of a full tang version of one of my favorite and oldest kukri:

I sure hope he's planning to make more!

Is it correct to say that it also lacks a chirra?

If your concern is about it embedding in wood, I'd recommend the full-tang AK (Chiruwa AK). I have only an M43, so take my experience w/ a grain of salt (15", 29 oz), and I'm what you'd call a "noob".
