Thank you AT&T.........

I've unloaded a 12 gauge into a cell phone before and emptied a 10 round clip .22 into one before.........this time it was personal.

A play on the "Rabbit ears" of the 80s?

That's what I thought......however, after I stabbed it, the phone heated up like there was lava inside. I thought for sure it was going to blow up. It didn't. Good riddens AT&T.

That would have been the Lithium Ion battery inside shorting out and ridding itself of all its stored energy.

Was that an iPhone? Couldn't you have sold it somewhere and made at least $100? Or was a dead phone the problem?

Dangg, I had to pay 700 bucks for my new cell phone from at&t last month. Thanks for the idea of what to do with my old Galaxy S3. I'd do a destruction test with my new Mofo I just got, but I'll stick it to it with my Infi TGLB tomorrow.

AT&T sucks. I have to go outside to talk. To text, I have to stand on one leg with a pressure cooker on my head and a coat hanger up my ass. Ready to make a change.

Nice, I have been tempted to do the same several times. :)

After Sprint messed me over as a loyal 11 year customer, I quit using the way overpriced post-paid contract companies a few years ago and see no reason to go back. With Page Plus I get all the benefits I need from the Verizon networks without the $$$ per month bill for the privilege. 5GB of 4G with no restriction or extra costs for tethering (if you have a phone that is rooted or VZW hotspot software can be disabled on ) for $55/mo works great, though I am trying out the 3GB $40 plan this month since I rarely see 3GB anymore without trying. With a discount on autopay, 6GB on two lines for $76 out the door is pretty affordable. That leaves more money for the sharper things in life. ;)
