Hello All!
I just wanted everyone to now what great folks there are at Spyderco. I emailed the customer service folks telling them what a bonehead I was to have lost (2) of the clip screws from my Carbon Fiber Cricket. I asked if they could send me a set at my expense? I was contacted the next morning via email by Charlynn from Custome Service asking for my address so that she could get a set out to me directly. A few days later and I received a package with (3) new clip screws(at no expense to me) and a nice little 2007 catalog. I have many Spyderco knives and have had them for better than 20 years. This is the First time I have ever needed anything ( Which is a solid testiment to their products itself) and when I did need some help they came through with High Marks!!!! Thank You All at Spyderco!!!! You keep making em and we will keep buying em!!!! ~kevinpjeroue~baba~
