Ladies and gents, we begin our weeklong 115th birthday celebration today. What better way to show our gratitude for 115 years of the greatest customers in the world by starting with a giveaway. To be in business for 115 years is a huge accomplishment and you know you must be doing something right! Congratulations!
 
Way cool video!! You really don't need to consider me in your giveaway since I probably have a couple hundred pre-1950s KA-BAR hunting and military knives. Just thought I'd say Hi.
 
Great video. KA-BAR is an American tradition to me as well. As a boy I grew up helping my dad make plaques for his fellow Marines special ocassions. Especially when they retired. They would always get a wooden plaque in the shape of which state they were from that my dad spent weeks making by hand..... and always out of mahogany (his preference)wood. Then it had the engraved plate with their information and usually a large Marine Corps emblem. The center piece was always a ka-bar USMC knife. He told me the other day he has left his USMC knife in his will to be given to me. I am so proud of my father. Semper fidelis from a Marine Corps Brat.

good vid. my dad gave my son (12yrs old) his KA-BAR that he had in Vietnam just this past christmas. so you've got another generation KA-BAR fan up here in the pacific northwest. all 3 of us have KA-BARs now. but my son has the coolest one.
