So I passed on the Basic 10 LE since I already have a Basic 11. I felt like the only way to improve the Basic 11 was to put a Basic 10 handle on it, and that got me wondering. I emailed Garth to see if it could be done and he said it would be no problem and to send it in. I went ahead and asked him to put a new coating on it since the old one had seen better days.

This is what came in the mail today.

This new handle feels like a huge improvement. My Basic 11 is now perfect. Thank you Garth for handling my Custom Shop order. Thank you Josh for putting a great edge on it. And thank you Pokey for taking my money.

Hmmm . . . . I'll just say it was very reasonable. Turnaround time was about 2 weeks, seriously.

I actually debated about whether or not I should start this thread for fear that I would get a nasty gram from Garth for getting slammed with handle swap requests. But, I felt I should share. Sorry Garth.
