When I received my 0777 it has slight play in the Detent. Was nothing bad and didn't really bother me to much but decided to contact the brains behind the 0777 Jimmer. I sent him a Video and we exchanged a few emails and was told to send it in because he wanted it to be perfect. I'm happy to say it came back to me yesterday and is better then perfect. I want to thank Jimmer and the crew at ZT for everything you guys do. Means alot when the guy who designed the knife is the one answering you questions and goes above and beyond to make it perfect. :thumbup: Now it's back in my pocket and ready to take on anything. No safe Queens here.

Glad to hear! I love seeing when companies like KAI have such amazing service! Makes me want to go buy some more and keep them busy...
