Glad to hear another great example of KAI customer service. Its one of the main reasons why they will always have my business.

The 777 is one I really hated missing out on. I got in on a pre-order and had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances on funds with family and such. Eventually maybe...

ZT/Kershaw/KAI/Shun have the best CS I've ever dealt with in any business... Its nice to actually be able to talk to someone when you call and your emails always get answered.. I wish I lived closer I'd make them cookies!
