Thankful for Spyderco's great customer service

A month or so ago I managed to snag my para's clip on something and bent it all to heck. To make matters worse while removing the torx-6 screws on clip I ended up striping one :foot:. So I contacted spyderco's CS and the nice lady (Charlynn I believe) sent me 3 black phillips clip screws , 3 silver torx screws, and a catalog. Well today I noticed that my clip wasn't holding my para as tight as I would like it so I decided to bend the clip a little and I ended up loosing two screws thanks to carpet :grumpy: (I know tape is my friend) luckily the nice people at Spyderco's CS sent me extra clip screws last time . So now my para's clip is nice and tight, holds the para tight while its in my pocket, and has 3 screws in it. The only downside of the whole story is I'm back to silver torx screws 'cause I lost two phillips, but I can live with that.

Now that I think about it; I have one to add to their great service. In the years I was unable to post on any of the forums I decided to order one of those nice zipper carry cases. When it came in I though hey it would be neat to open it up with one of my Spydercos. Well I though I was being carefull enough even with it being in a bag package, but NOT! I got it out and stupid me put a nice slice all the way across long way. I called Golden and if I remember right talked to Mike and told him what I had done and I was going to order another one. He said not to send him any thing and he was putting a new one out to me. I asked him if he needed the other one back and he said to keep it! Spyderco is the company:thumbup:!
