Mike, Tom, and Mary Beth hooked me up with some Spyderco kitchen knives for a great price and sent them here quick. Thanks, folks!

Thom, thanks for the kind words...always appreciated.
Regards, Mike

If you wanted to add Norton waterstones to your store's already exhaustive lineup, that'd be fine by me. :)

I bought a BM Ranier from them several months back with absolutely great results. Don't like the Ranier much but that is another story.

Just got a Benchmade 921BLK in the mail today from New Graham, I couldn't be happier with the service. I can't even remember how many knives I have bought off of Mike and crew and I will continue to in the future. Keep up the great work. Thanks

I've given up counting the cost of all the knives that I have bought for New Graham - I now just count the boxes of bandaids in my dedicated NG bandaid drawer and always come to the same conclusion - I need more bandaids :D

You think you got good service....I was thinking of ordering a new Kershaw Leek G10 with the S30V blade. I went out to drop an order form and USPS money order in the mail early this morning and Mary Beth and Mike were in a car waiting for me. They handed me the knife, said it was "on the house" since it was not yet posted on the website. I invited them in for coffee but Mike said they had to get back to Bluefield before the store opened. That's service!! :p

bought a mnandi saturday from them -web said damascus, price was real good so i bought it-well price was too good its not damascus-still a very good company to deal with-gave me a option of returning with shipping covered bolth ways if i wanted-

wish they(cr) used a better piece of wood for the inlays-its got a knot that takes away from the looks-hard to beat a good piece of african blackwood, its got alot of personality if its a good piece-

still havent decided what im going to do

Rosconey, just let us know what you want to do....
Gillean, hope you found us...
And for the folks expecting the kind of service that Severtecher describes, please note he lives in the SW US....some folks there have a habit of chewing on local 'buttons' which could lead one to think they saw all kinds of things.....:D
