Got my Excuisite Blade DVD today! I wasn't expecting it till later this week. Thanks for going the extra mile. It's a great DVD I should have bought one earlier and didn't want to miss the boat this time around. :thumbup:

I too just ordered the dvd and 2 days from when i ordered it, it was at my door step. It took me by suprise, awesome customer service and kudos to usps for shipping it so quickly. Btw the dvd was amazing and shows why they are the bench mark for other knives.
