Mr Becker and Kabar are what is wrong with this world! Now people are going to expect to have their issues resolved (or like in this case exceeded) and receive great customer support and service. Don't they realise this is just foolish... We are all used to getting the run around on warranty issues and incorrect orders. No sir i don't like it! I rather spend my days arguing with the service desk at hyundai and getting the wrong orders in drivethru at mcdonalds!

Very nice treatment from Da Man. This is what I sussed out right away about this place and the BK&T boss and his tools; the very reason I wanted to become a Beckerhead. I'll be looking for that GAW as well.

Bingo. I'm new to the forum, but it didn't take me long to figure this out either. It sure makes dropping some big coin easier.
