Thanks Flymon, that was a really generous giveaway, and the knife looks even better in person than in the photos.
I'm a big Peanut fan--the small size disappear in the pocket, but the boxy shape offers plenty of grip for the fingers. The Butterbean strikes me as very similar. It's nearly the same short length as the Peanut, yet the scales have a useful, boxy shape to them that aids my grip. I like the attention to details Case put on this C. Platt's Sons knife--long pulls and swedges on BOTH blades. Nice touch!
It's going into my pocket tomorrow and I expect to get a lot of use out of it. Thanks again FLymon, I really appreciate the Butterbean. People like you make this a great community! :thumbup:
