I finally finished my first slip joint. It took awhile and I'm grateful for the advise I got from Shop Talk. Thank you. It's 3 1/2" closed made of ATS34 and 416SS liners. The nickel silver bolsters and walnut scales are from the old George Schrade shop and I used my great grandfathers stiddy and hand tools to make it. The shop went out of business in 1958 when the Federal Switchblade Act was passed. This is one of 5 patterns that was being developed in the transition period of automatics to folders.
