After purchasing a BM 750 from the Knife Center, I realized the this particular knife had a few QC problems regarding the fit, finish, and lockup. I contacted the Knife Center and spoke a CS rep. named Patty.
She helped me arrange my shipping back to them and helped with my product exchange.
