My hat's off to ya guys for this. I realize that this is not the way you wanted it, and may not seem to be in the best interest of BF, and I can imagine some of the reasons that led you to this decision. Thanks ! and Praise the Lord !!

for all your knife needs.

Well the main thing to remember is that all of this is new and we are writing the rules as we go along. I wish there was a book fo rthis stuff as being the leader and explorer in this arena sure is painful. One of my sayings is that I would rather learn from the mistakes of others but it sure as hell looks like everyone is learning from mine, execpt me

Well let's get back to the good 'ole days and have some fun.

To all the members I truly apologize for all we have put you through while we go through our growing pains. I agree it is time to get back to the good 'ole days and even though I am going through a divorce right now I need the fun times myself. So lets have fun and stay tuned, I got some really neat stuff ahead.

Mike,

sorry to hear of the divorce. Been there done that. Look up! the sky will part and the sun will shine again---if not though, you'd better find cover for the nite.--Keep pluggin away, it'll work.

as i mentioned elsewhere, i've been outta pocket for a couple of months, kinda glad i don't know all the details actually,but i applaud you for bringing back "the good ole days"! And i am truly sorry to hear about your divorce.

Mike

Sorry about the troubles. "Been there. Done that. She got the t-shirt."
{I just wanted out, enough was enough.}

The sun will come out again. I have a wonderful wife now. Ten great years of marrage, wouldn't change a thing.

It's a fine line between "a hobby" and "mental illness".

I am truly sorry to hear about your divorce. Thanks for opening the F/S forum. Have you been able to address to dealers using it to sell knives? I still think your idea to charge a small amount per advertisment will work. Just the format was difficult to navigate. Sorry about the divorce.

Now we'll definitely have to start up goatwhack.com -- gotta pay for this place somehow.... I think $1 a whack is too cheap, though. There oughta be people willing to pay more than that. They'll whine about having to pay and they'll whine about how small the goat's butt is and some of them will go to other goatwhacking sites, but ... ya gotta do whatcha gotta do....

Mike, I'm sorry to hear about the divorce, having been through 2 of them, I know what you are going thru. What the other guys said is true, I've been married to a great lady for 20 years. She even bought 2 knives for herself in Atlanta! Excuse me if this humor is inappropriate, but I have to tell you. When my second wife cleared out, she ripped every light fixture out of the house, took my dog and a brand new chrome bumper off my truck. I got the dog back( she couldn't stand his howling ) but she sold the light fixtures and the bumper. Absolutely true story. Bruce

Sounds like you got the begginings of a great country song Bruce

Not sure how mine would work in a country song. She got the big screen, the Jet Ski, the 3 cats, and various other things. I just left pretty much with my clothes and various other stuff. I think I might actually get my stereo stuff back, so if you make that song I will be able to hear it
