the saga started a WHOLE MONTH back when I bought a relatively expensive knife from Tattoo and after a week realized that it had been lost in the mail. (I just received the knife this weekend)
Althroughout the month I woudl like to say that Tattoo was very polite and patient with my 'whining' not once did I blame anyone but the mail service for the mess up but I felt that he was sincere in his words and was genuinely worried about my plight- he constantly called and visitted the post office to hound the employees about my knife. not once did I feel as if he was annoyed or not ready to go all the way to help me out with insurance or what else.
