Thanks

How many people did you grab to help you hoof that stuff back to the tent? Or did you just "creativly aquire" a ride? ;)

Happy late birthday, my man. Keep safe.

Happy Belated Birthday Uwinv! :D
My question is how in the world are you ever gonna get all that stuff home, along with the stuff you've bought since you've been there?
Or are you planning to stay a while longer.;)

Anyway or either way it appears that you're gonna need a whole freight car to yourself when you get ready to leave.:p ;)

Hope it's not too late to add my birthday wishes, John. Nice stash of supplies. :) Stay safe. I should be saying thanks to you. BTW I keep up with your posts at THR.

Happy belated birthday!!:D Great to see some boxes finally made it to you.:D

So do they wait until it fills an entire shipping container before they let you know you've got mail?

Guys, I was speaking figuratively. It wasn't actually Christmas or my birthday (same day, incidentally), it just felt like it. :D

My squad helped me carry. It took about five or six minutes for the five of us to get it all inside.

I shipped some things I got here to friends already (rugs, weapons, scarves), so I don't have to worry about getting those things back. Most of the things I've been shipped are consumable or not things I'll take back- the books and medical supplies are for communal use, for instance...

We inferred it was your b-day, John, it was nothing you said. But you still deserve our thanks and our wishes for you to be safe. I'm glad you had some enjoyment in a place far away. Hope you get to come home soon. :)
