I found this forum several years ago looking for information on Schrade 49er series knives. I have been fond of the 49er series since a neighbor gave me one before a hunting trip in 1974. Not my first knife but close. After getting the info I was looking for I only periodically looked back at the forum. Then a couple of years ago while looking for a new sharpening system I came back here for info. The way I look at knives hasnt been the same. I have been reading this forum at least weekly since.
Today, I opened my new edge pro apex 4. Hopefully, my first mirrored edge is in my future.
