The NICK is too thickto be a good carving knife, great for removing legs and wings.

I need to check out one of those filet knives

Jules, Gotta use a ST Ripper to strip a bird too . I gotta tell ya, I have never been fond of E-handles, but a MEFO just makes it look cooler than sh!t. Looks like it did a # on your bird.
