TBH, my strong preference is for canvas scales, but these do look pretty sweet for being G10. I don't think I'll complain too much. :D

The pic is not showing up for me. I love my MOAB, they are bigger than you would want to carry on a pack, but there is nothing that is much fun to play with around camp and nothing that bites into a log quite like one.
 
I watch the driveway like a hawk on delivery day, so when I see the mailwoman I can rush out before she honks the horn. I always get busted when the horn honks.
 
There is a little blue box from Tiffany and a gold one from Godiva on the way as well right????

Great score!!! My only worry for you is what if your wife wants it? I know she has claimed blades in the past :)
 
Several tears ago at the induction dinner, Jerry held a contest, (actually AmyO presided, if I remember correctly) where husbands had to try to match the answers their wives gave to certain questions. All this was done aloud. One of the questions was, "How much money has your husband spent on Busse knives?"

I immediately decided that some things were worth more than winning a contest, and my answer was about one half of the truth.

I can't complain, though. This is the woman who, several years ago, opened the credit card bill (which she never does because I handle all the bill-paying) on the same month that my Nighthawk longslide 10mm hit the card. "What did we get from Mark's Outdoors that cost $3,200?" she asked. I explained the unlikelihood of finding that particular new gun in a gun store, and that I bought it on the spot on impulse. Her only comment was "Oh" as she returned the bill to the envelope and handed it to me.
