In Kill Bill, Uma Thurman uses a sword made by a guy named Hattori. Is that really such a person? And if he really exists, is he darn good at making swords?
The historical Hattori Hanzo was an Iga ninja leader in the 16th Century. I've not heard anything about him making swords. From what I've heard about the movie, the sword does very unrealistic things.
Let's see, it can cut many swords at once, can be brought onto an airplane in the passenger cabin, and can make a nice sound 'ching..' when she unsheathes the katana. Gotta be one of them imaginary sword...
Hattori Hanzo was an Iga ninja, a very famous too !
