OK, so I couldn't resist. I bought the BK5. You never know when one might get stuck in the skull of a zombie, and a quick replacement, will let the battle continue.

You're right about the spare. Even with one in each hand, you never know when your BK-5 might hang up in a zombie skull.

I was pretty pleased that in the past couple of weeks, I was able to trade into a new BK-10, and a mint Pilot's knife, still sealed in the plastic wrap. Both are dupes, and like the rest of you, I'm still on the lookout for those stray Beckers and Camillus blades.

In a way, yes. But in a way, no. I did make an offer on one not too long ago, but it wasn't big money. Probably insulted the seller.

Reason being is that, from what I understand, the BK-8 was all Camillus and no Ethan Becker. Wasn't his design. Wasn't approved by him. Just a military prototype that went nowhere. Kind of a funny looking thing with that oddly serrated spine. Am I correct here?
