Yup, I know the feeling well... particularly now...

on the way:
Military D2 (for me)
Kopa with Turquoise handle (for the wife)
Spin (Also for the wife)
UF sharpmaker rods (um, we'll try to share these)

Christmas is coming early!
 
Oh what a feeling indeed, just arrived, the Military in D2 along with my new supply of band-aids:D
 
Just recieved my Paramilitary last week. I personally HATE the waiting feeling. That's the worst part of buying for me.
 
Well, this will be my 2nd spydie. First was a lava which I think is one of the most beautiful things around.

I like the waiting. I hate it when Im not home for the courier though and then I have wasted waiting.

Im looking forward to the manix, its a very different tool to the lava.
 
Im waiting on my 2nd persian, a 75mm this time. I hate the wait but its always worth it !!!

w3rd yo. Special? A specially terrible feeling of having to wait for my knives. :lol: :(

I sometimes order from a local place so i get my knives the next day. :D
 
'Just' opened the box with a CPM D2 Milly inside, love the colour
and of course it's a Milly, what's not to like ;)
Kept watching for the brown truck all afternoon :)

Even better is when you go to a place that normally has high prices, but you go anyway just to fondle the knives, and they have a NIB Mini-Persian marked down from $115 to $75. :)

That's some package to receive, love the color myself, mine was a wee bit stiff but is breaking in nicely. Enjoy the D2:)
 
Ok.
Its been 8 days of waiting now and Im not enjoying it any more.

I have now had 8 days to spend thinking about what else I should have included in my order *grumble*

- a sharpmaker
- a zdp-189 caly jr
- a caly 3 as well seeing as I cant find a bad word uttered about it (do these come in full SE?)

...thats the short list... there's more but Im not ordering a thing until the last one gets here ...
 
Received my knives order today.

So far, I'm impressed with very first Military (it's the D2 one)

The wife likes the turquoise Kopa, though we agree that it's opening is very stiff. Hopefully that will loosen up some.

And we both agree that the Spin is not for either of us, that's going back. It's just TOO small, hard to open and close too.

And the wife is trying out the new UF sharpmaker rods as I type this...

Overall, a happy day! :)
 
When I get home tomorrow, there will be a Delica 4 SS PE waiting for me as well as my etched SS Dragonfly that will have found its way back from W&R in Golden by then.

Can't wait to get home!

Im waiting on a sharpmaker right now. Its going to be about 2 weeks:( Buying off of ebay seems so cheap right now due to the canadian dollar. To buy in canada the sharpmaker would be $80 +taxes. I got it for $54:D
 
Just receive Commemorative Worker. I was looking for this knife for a while. Very happy. :p:p:p:p :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
