That's What I'm Talkin' About

At some of the first St. Patrick's day festivals here, there was an oriental restaurant booth with 'Meat-on-Stik' for $2. I think I got a little piece of flea collar caught in my teeth!!

I have had that "hot dish" as was mentioned at the Minnesota State Fair. It is an attempt to reconstruct tater tot hot dish. Tater tot hot dish is one of my favorites. The version on the stick is not very good.

At the MN State Fair we have had the pork chop on a stick for a few years. they are very good. We buy the seasoning at the fair and use it when we grill.

The new thing this year was a reuben on a stick and corned beef and cabbage on a stick. Both were not very good.

Go here and select "on a stick" for a category:

Okay, maybe not everything tastes good on a stick. :p

However, I like that the fair has an entire culinary category of "on a stick." :D
