For practical/availability reasons as well as quality I'd get the SG2 Ti/JYD 2 first choice, then the RIL (framelock) Ti Millie second choice.
They are all good choices you picked but these two IMO will be the most desirable and costly in the long run. The SG2 JYD's already can be difficult to find.
If you haven't experienced one in person yet My guess is that you would be amazed by not only the factory edge, but the ease of putting a really sharp edge on the steel due to the geometry, hardness ( at RC 62 it really is crisp and doesn't burr much), purity and grain structure of the steel. Think BG42 done with a powder process. ( others may disagree, but that's my best comparison)
The Millie is good in any variant. Some are more desired by enthusiasts than others. The Ti version looks to be one.
Mayo is quality, and smooth. They are easy to find
Rukus is a beast. Despite their Disco there are still plenty around. That should tell you something. They will be easy(ier) to find for a while.
The ZT 0200 and CF native 4 are good, competent knives. The 0200 is a great deal and I'm glad I have one, but my choice is still the same as above. The 0200's will be available later, and plenty of excellent, nearly unused ones come around for sale.
Balisong? Just not my thing. No offense meant.
Good choice on the RIL Millie BTW. It won't let you down as long as you don't try to make it into a screwdriver or prybar. I can't recommend enough grabbing an SG2 JYD 2, or Blur model if you get the choice. Good luck.
