The 2nd Annual NorCal Busse Get Together will be on Sunday June 22 at 12:00 PM at a Restaurant in San Jose.

Mark your calendars gentleman. It looks like we are going to be getting quite a turnout.


You are required to bring as much INFI as you can carry in your car. You can also bring other knives too. :)

We will have various stations setup for abusing your Busses.

A BAN SAFETY NOTE!

Please outfit your choppers with a lanyard if you intend on chopping with it. It will make it a whole lot safer for the person doing the chopping and also for the spectators. A 15+" piece of razor sharp steel going airborne is not exactly my idea of fun.

The turnout is looking a lot better than I expected. My dad would $#it if he sees a bunch of us crazy whackos wielding all sorts of large knives and swords whacking s#!t up :D LOL!
 
Hahaha.

If you guys have the Scrap Yard SS4 & S6 and Swamp Rat RMD, please bring them. I'd love to check them out and possibly buy it if anyone was trying to get rid of them. Thanks.

I look forward to meeting everyone and checking out all the knives. I requested the day off, but it isn't a guarantee. If they don't give it to me off, *cough cough*. :D
 
gimmejr - That'd be awesome, thanks. I always wanted to get a feel for the SS4. It seems like a great overall knife. Comfortable handles, INFI, and EDC size.

norcal - I sell computers at Best Buy. I travel up to your neck of the woods often. I ride a motorcycle and always take woodside -> kings mtn. rd -> tunitas creek -> hwy 1 -> stage rd -> etc. I end up in Saratoga. It's a really nice 100 mile ride.

I'm not going to be able to make it down there that weekend (or any weekend before September). I just have too much work to do up here.:grumpy: :grumpy: :grumpy:

Norcalblacktail and I are currently looking at building one of those chopping tables so that we can chop some 2x4s standing.

I will have banaids for sale at 50bucks a pop if anyone is interested :D
 
I can only afford 1 Busse blade. Can a family (bringin the wife) that has only one Busse survive in such a swill infested trough? I mean seriously.

Hahaha... they are all nice folks. You just gotta watch out for me. I may just try to walk off with your one and only Busse ;)
 
Yeah the only one you gotta watch out for is Ban and his dog Lucky. He has him trained to take other peoples INFI.
 
Could someone also bring a Ruck? :D

I can't afford one yet, but that's always been on my top of my gotta have list.
