Should I bring "hello my name is" tags for everyone? Or do most you guys already familiar with each others faces.

I can't wait for this meet, only 10 more days. The July date was just to far away. I'm also hoping I could score an RMD or SS4 (and who knows what else) so bring your extras. :D

Nametags will be a good idea until everyone gets familiar. I am very bad with names so I vote for nametags :D

I think Norcalblacktail has a Ratmandu for sale and Jeremy will be bringing a SS4 for you to check out. I may have a extra SS4 if you are interested in it.

I updated the first post and title with the time to be there. Also if anyone knows the people in the bottom red list personally please give them a call or email and let them know that we need to know if they will be coming. Thanks.
 
I am still trying to work something out but the wife remembered that she made reservations (a while back) to a couple of campsites starting Monday the 23rd. So if I go to the gathering Sunday I have at least a 10 hour drive, not counting stops and hanging out time, then have to get back home and get the troops ready for an early Monday morning launch. :eek:

I sure want to meet and hang with you HOGS so I am still trying to work this out in my head but it looks like I might have to wait for the next time around. :grumpy:

Gimmejr, what is the 4th horizontal knife down from the top of the left side w/ res-c handles? Looks like either a S6 or Camp Tramp.
 
I still am not sure if I can make it. Last week was intense and exhausting. I was at a one-week working meeting in Korea, and I am still recovering. It has put me a little behind in my book writing. I have a fairly hard 08/01/2008 deadline to finish all chapters. I have about 200 or 300 more pages to do to reach that milestone.

I am thus tentative. If I am able to drop by, it is likely to be for less than an hour, and mainly to meet everyone. If I do bring a knife, it is likely to be one of my Sarsquatches.
 
Hi Guys, since Ken is only going to be there a short time if at all and most of my Busses are standards(BATAC, AK, ASH-1, GW, Mean Street, etc.) I was thinking I could bring my cameras and some props and shoot some pics of your knives like in my album. Click on my name and look for the photo of the DogFather. I won't bring any firearms as props, but I can bring backgrounds, lights, etc.

Let me know so I can figure out the best way to pack the stuff up.

I'm mainly gonna bring some of my custom knives and some Scrapyards. I do want to compare one of my Bark River Northwinds with a Banned AK. That should be interesting.
 
Can I add My wife to the list. She wants to come watch the knife freaks act up. She does not eat meat. She will just find a spot to sit and read or laugh at us as we loose limbs.

BAN You do have some bandages and Gauze just in case right? :D
