Went to Thabazimbi in South Africa for a hunt. After driving around in the afternoon and spotting the ram which were to be mine, we started our stalk. After 20 minutes or so we ralised the troop were heading for the water hole. We took a longer route around in the Landrover and waited for them there.

As soon as the ram gave me a good clear oppertunity, the .308 barked. It was a clean shot through the vitals. I there thanked the Lord for the meat provided.

After the shot.

The RC 4 was also used to batton some firewood, clearing some brush around the property and a host of usefull stuff. I am really impressed with my RAT.

I know that this weekend was what the RC 4 was made for. Used hard but with respect. It was designed as a bush/backwood knife and all the task performed was done without any complaint. Indeed the perfect size, indeed the perfect blade.
