Posting for The Aflac Duck , Spark ...he has been locked out by the new 2FA requirement that was implemented. He no longer has access to the email account that was used, what can he do to get back in?

Thank you! My hope is that the email address on this account can be merged to my real account. I signed up originally with a student email address like 7 years ago because for some reason I was unable to sign up with gmail. Well, that student email address is long gone
