That's what I do when I want it to rain ... when I want it to snow, I let my mother borrow my car. She leaves the window open and the car fills up by the next morning -- it controls the wind direction, too.
I am very careful never to let my mother borrow my car in the summertime. That could cause an ecological disaster.
