Id have to go with small...imo small can do 95 percent of your cutting chores.

I want to know "what tasks include the 5% it can't handle". (PS - I own both sizes but don't get my small one until Christmas).

Recently I was cutting a tri-tip over on open fire at midnight on a camping trip. The small sebbie wouldn't have done the job. The large was perfect. Yum yum. There's part of your 5%.

I prefer the small Sebbie. I think it's size makes it a better EDC.
